Level 1 is a practitioner's initiation into reiki and is open to anyone. The focus during Level 1 is on opening the energy channels on a physical level, allowing the practitioner to connect to the universal life force energy, which flows from the cosmos through the crown of the head and down to the heart and hands. In this Reiki 1 Training Class you will learn what Reiki is, the History of Reiki, the major energy centers of the body called Chakras, Reiki hand positions for administering a Reiki Healing Treatment, Reiki healing techniques for self healing ,  & Methods of Energetic Protection.
 
This will be a 1 on 1 training via zoom. You will receive a digital handbook with this course. You will need a pendulum & chakra crystals for this class. They may be purchased for an additional $33.
