Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with an online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. I understand that Reiki practitioners do not diagnose conditions nor do they prescribe or perform medical treatment, prescribe substances, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. I understand that Reiki does not take the place of medical care. It is recommended that I see a licensed physician or licensed health care professional for any physical or psychological ailment I may have. I understand that Reiki can complement any medical or
psychological care I may be receiving. I also understand that the body has the ability
to heal itself and to do so, complete relaxation is often beneficial. I acknowledge
that long term imbalances in the body sometimes require multiple sessions in order to
facilitate the level of relaxation needed by the body to heal itself.
No information obtained during healing sessions about any client will be discussed or shared with any third party
without written consent of the client or parent/guardian if the client is under 18.
Appointments canceled less that 24 hours prior to the appointment time will be charged a $15 rescheduling fee. No refunds on products or services.
